Can I switch packages later?

Yes, you can upgrade from Maintain to Active/Switch at any time. Downgrading usually requires a 30-day notice.

Are there hidden fees?

No. Our monthly fees cover the defined scope. Government and notary fees are external costs paid directly to authorities.

Is VAT included?

No, all our prices are exclusive of Swiss VAT (currently 7.7% / 8.1%).

Do I need a resident director?

Yes, Swiss law requires at least one director resident in Switzerland. We provide this service in all our packages.
